you look at the companies in the US and the banks are cutting their overdrafts/limits continually without notification
A placement to have greater liquidity if they need it - without lender reliance - isnt a bad thing. The SP might suffer on it but better to have a company in good financial position cashwise than be dependent on banks if something goes pear shaped
