    As I read the announcement the SPP is priced at $3.00 or a 5% discount to the 5 day market VWAP leading up to the close of the SPP.
    I feel that if the price drops to $2.50 by the 15th of April you will be buying at $2.37 via the SPP.
    I could be wrong on this but I don't think that I am.
