    You can only reply with one reason, no replies to comments bagging anyone, every reason is valid in the eye of the beerholder, it could be a feeling or something more factual / analytical or both.

    Mine.

    Its a feeling that such a impotant infrustructure share has bottomed out and its time for it to return from its deviation regarding its sectors average.
