Pray tell me, if a group of our indigenous people decided to park themselves on top of the West Gate Bridge with sniper rifles and took potshots at the commuters using the bridge, would they be labeled as freedom fighters for their national homeland Australia, or would they be treated as terrorists? Next question, why don’t we get the worst of the Redfern indigenous folk, particularly those with a long history of lawlessness, arm them with machine guns and what ever, and allocate into their total jurisdiction which would include their own legal system, a minimum of say 50% of suburbs both in Melbourne and Sydney? If that’s what’s expected of the Israelis, surely we should set the example considering that unlike the disputed situation in Israel, nobody here disputes the fact that the white folk disenfranchised the Aborigines of their land which they solely occupied for thousands of years. But we all know that hell will freeze over before the terrorists in my first analogy will be labeled "freedom fighters" or that my second analogy will ever occur. Those so called freedom fighters perched on the West Gate Bridge wouldn’t last 10 minutes despite the fact that they could scream for ever and a day that they were fighting for the return of their national homeland. Yet when it comes to Israel, that is exactly what is expected. Furthermore, why is it that we as Christians and the rest of the Christian world are not outraged by comments made openly by Arafat, that Jews have no historical claims to Jerusalem, that the temple was never there? Doesn’t that strike at the very heart and origin of Christianity, by the fact that Christ did wander around Jerusalem and he wasn’t looking for Churches nor was he counting the number mosques and minarets, as Islam only appeared on the scene some 700 years later. Are the Arabs discounting that Christ was a Jew or that he resided in Jerusalem? Or that he was labeled by the Romans as the King of the Jews?
So, Why won’t the Australian advocators of a Palestinian homeland promote for the sake of consistency, that we Australians hand over large areas of suburban cities to indigenous gangs Why doesn’t we speak up for Christianity when Arafat and Co openly deny Jewish/Jesus factual recorded historical existance? Admit that Palestinian children are being brainwashed to hate Jews to the absolute extreme from kindergarten age. If you need proof ,the French who themselves are no great lovers of Jews have produced videos that demonstrate exactly what goes on from kindergarten up. What was Arafat’s beef then? The Jordanians had annexed the West Bank and Egypt ruled Gaza. And why don’t we westerners look into your heart of hearts and see through Arafat. See him in the same way as Hamas who openly say that they want Israel obliterated off the planet. Maybe we could put down all the above to subtle anti-Semitism, no? Possibly I’m wrong. The anti-Semitism may not be as subtle as I think.
