Data, you dont need data, its not the realestate institute here, its real life. I personally know 3 investors who have sold and/or are selling at the moment.I remember 15 years ago Jenman Real Estate agents were bombarding vendors with any negative sentiment in the media to get them to reduce their prices--same wont be far away mow imo
oh sorry realestate is different and it will always rise
just been to Melbourne and heaps and heaps of private sale signs-------what happened to the auctions----------oh I know-------no0 more gullible buyers!?
