This subject has become a taboo subject like religion and politics. People are at the point where they have very strong opinions on the subject. I don't even engage with anyone now on the subject because it always gets out of control. This forum is no different.
Like poiltics and religion, there are arguements for and against property values.
Me.....cant see much to give me any confidence in the property market this year.
