I was bitterly disappointed when they announced share buybacks and expressed my dissatisfaction to the CEO at the time. Now, this outcome confirms my suspicion that the latest SWF CEO had close to zero real interest in growing this company when they elected to buy back shares instead of reinvesting in growth (it has not grown one bit under his tenure). As an IPO shareholder, I am viscerally disappointed that this company eventually ended up as a big fat NOTHING...
I know this is a lost cause, but nonetheless I am voting NO on the buyout in the distant hope that enough shareholders feel the same and oust this board and CEO.
