    No fan of what the CEO did in the last year but I think it is a bit harsh to criticise the CEO for the buyback, that sits with the directionless board who made the buyback decision a few weeks before the new CEO was appointed.

    As for voting NO, I don't see any real point. If the takeover does not go through then the price will head back towards 12-15c in a flash and I don't see anyone at the top (Board/CEO/CTO/CCO) who could turn around the company and trying to get a completely new slate of top people in would take too long.

    If you have belief in the long term future of Selfwealth then your best option is to take Bell at their word that they are going to keep it running and probably go for Bell shares instead of the cash and hope that they spend the time and money to improve things and that then gets reflected back in the Bell share price.
