You know that the board has already been changed in recent years, and we've gone through multiple CEOs. Churning through leadership over and over isn't a sustainable strategy, nor is it magically going to turn the company into what you want it to be.If you're this disillusioned with SWF, maybe it's time to stop holding onto past frustrations and move on. Take the buyout money and invest in a company where the board and CEO align with your values. Complaining here won't change the outcome.
