I think so. I think they also suggested to France what was working. I have read so much on it so it is a bit hard to keep up with it.
I think China are also using plasma from people who have recovered. Also a few other drugs have been tested.
The 2 i know of in this trial have been around for a long time and the risks are known but still have to be prescribed by doctors. HCQ has been used in the U.S. for 65 years for Malaria, Arthritis and Lupus.
I am just pointing out what i am reading because there is so little reporting on the local media. Whether the trials recommend it i am not sure but the French one certainly did and the U.S. are using them in a big way from what i can tell.
I might butt out now but there is a lot on it on Dr Oz and fox news and other sites on the internet.
