Elizabeth Wall - extensive exp extractive mining in developing countries seeking international finance, exp also defines mine closure planning, social and environmental due diligence and completion auditing. Commenced 5th June 2022. Resigned 27th June 2022. A total tenure of 22 days.

MD Michael Anderson resigned 29th June 2022, 2 days after non exec directors above. Appears premeditated/planned or potentially as a result of above resignations (reasons not disclosed)

Interestingly- Amendment of constitution 30th May 2022. Whilst this was approved at the AGM the detail of the amendments which is typically quality controlled in a records revision within the document is not evident. I am interested in cross referencing changes in the governance espectially in relation to indemnification, responsibilities and so fourth.
