As you say, total silence on it afterwards. Perhaps it was just BS flung in response to ASX ‘Please Explain’ letters to explain away our mismanagement of the project and nobody maintaining necessary spending controls or even basics of efficient mine management.

If there is really no compensation/ consideration due Morilla SA then I have to assume the company’s messaging was not an adequate or realistic explanation, and thus failures lay much closer to home- which brings into question if the MD was performing duties adequately and the mechanics of his departure…
