the FHB's in nsw were very well aware of the ending of the grant, they had been out in force, some in panic mode at the end of November....they had to have made an offer, and signed a contract by about the 14th of December...because the agents went on hols on Thursday 22.12.2011...and the lawyers the same time....neither are working over the holidays, and most dont come back to work until mid January... so the fhb's had to have it all set in motion, with a sale date by 31.12.2011 if it was too late, they cannot back date documents... so that is a furphy about the article... the age housing journos, are the worst...they fell out of their trees, a long time ago...
