    Just for the record, that statement is a nonsense, just plain incorrect.

    She has increased what she inherited a hundred fold or more. But she can't win really. If she had simply squandered what she got, she would still be vilified. But she built her fortune by taking risks and employing thousands of people. What's wrong with that?

    To put it another way, who would have done the developing and raised the finance that she has, if she had not done so? BHP or RIO? I don't think so, they sat on tenements for years.

    I just don't understand why she is vilified so much. Australia needs her, desperately. Most of the stocks listed on the ASX that represent retail spending and building are at or near five year lows. In other words, the miners are carrying the country 100%. Without the miners, the risks they take, the development they do, and the peole they employ, Australia would be a poor third world country.
