Look at primary schools in NSW it is a woman dominated job now......the feminisation process starts from Kindergarten to the end of High school an is at its worse at primary schools......
The whole of western society is being Feminised......an the woman love it......Luckily we have a ever growing Muslim Population in the western world.....an this will all change in about 30 years time.....back to being a male dominated and one religion for all policy......( like it or not )
