    re: thoughts on avm Interesting to see the difference in Quality of life in Kinshasa Vs Lubumbashi.The whole reason the Katanga region has more wealth is because the mining IS happening.Its one of the few ways the country will pull itself out of the hole its in now,if it ever does.
