IMO its hypothetically possible.
I personally believe that CNE and FAR would/could get a premium if PE rights could be done away with.
WPLs statement some time ago about being interested in more was IMO a calculated effort to scare any would be purchasers away.
Who is going to the trouble of lobbing a bid if they know its going to be preempted?
Just my take and despite the fact some believe WPL are safe in operatorship this is not true with their current WI IMO.
I reread the PSC and it says Petrosen start paying from the moment the exploitation contract is issued and have 6 months to notify the JV if they are taking the extra WI%.....so 9th June roughly.
