imo You can't rule out a cap raising as this management have runs on the board for destroying small shareholders value and it would be a great opportunity for the cashed up substantial holders to average down. On the other hand this has a feel of possible offer. Partial sale to WPL or WPL 19.9% share/equity injection maybe or a takeover. I think WPL has some involvement especially noting the amicable results of PE costs. Merger another possibility which would be best result as WPL would want to trump any such deal.
