If I was a big pharma and saw AVX at dirt cheap prices - why would I not do so?

Even if the market is small, if I pick it up for a third (or better) of the price I would have had to pay a week ago - why wouldn't I snap it up?

I'm holding for two reasons.
1. I want to use all the shares to cover as much voting power as i can get.
2. I expect someone will pick AVX up for a fraction of the cost - I'm just hoping that gets me to break even... Or involves me acquiring a combination of cash and shares in any deal that is made.

Virtually worthless now any way so upside outweighs the down for me. I hold and wait to see what happens.
