I agree. Surely they either have signed a binding agreement or they haven't. If they have, then one would reasonably expect it to be released.

What I dont understand is the way certain people seem to come up with all sorts of random reasons (from remuneration to the makeup of the share register) to critisise management rather than wanting to wait and see if they deliver.

If you want to take a contrarian view about what may or may not be happening with AP or anyone else thats absolutely fine by me but some of the comments on here are starting to look rather like bitter ex-management having a pop.
