By management's own words, the future of the company hinges in its doing a deal. The CR was justified by oblique references hinting that the money was being raised to finance supply obligations arising from an anticipated deal.
Therefore the existence or otherwise of a deal is material to the company.
Therefore the non-announcement of a deal means there is no deal.
Let's hope that there will soon be a deal.
