I have been thinking the same. Imo the longer this potential capital raise is on the cards / uncertainty of how capital will be raised continues, the higher chance institutions will end up scoring shares for a price much lower than todays, especially if we go into the next announcements with less cash on the balance sheet and no deals/partnership/CEO/Results. This is whats stopping me from dollar cost averaging down at todays prices. Regarding Mozz, I love his in depth research and upbeat presence on HC PAR. One thing I will say is his research to me feels like its institutional level.
