Looking at situation will be hard for Dattells/Polo/Kalahari to buy too many more shares in EXT or they will be forced to make a full takeover bid. Can buy 3% every six months under the creep provisions of Corporations Act. As they are all well over the 19.9% threshold going much further will mean a bid.. Numbers are quite complicated with the web of cross shareholdings but they are clearly all associated ie Kalahari, Polo, Datells individually, will try to work out how much more room they have to buy on market without a bid
