dont know much about manipulation......so nc.....

but what I do know is that RRS management think that all share holders should know the JV has been done & finalised....as per their farm-in (PSA) announcement....

it seems that the majority believe that this is not the case.....yet.....

or.....

if the market has accepted the JV is finalised.....then the info has been factored into the SP......that's what worries me......
