Why are Shorts so high and increasing, page-9

I think it's quite good at these prices, but given market conditions, we'll probably see 80 cents before long. That's a very good re-entry point with lithium prices hopefully beginning to recover late 2020.

Edit: also, shorts are still strong because the lithium price is very low and still going down. We aren't at bottom yet.
