My family are teachers. I know dozens of teachers. I know of 4 who have left the private school system after 10 years. One of my family members was a teacher for 10 years, she had IQ of 160, highly iintellectually and socially intelligent. She was highly respected. South Australia, has become a nanny state. All kids are tested and if they are above or below the norm they go a personal learning plan. If you have 12 kids on a personal learning plan, that is an extra 70 hours a term.
Teachers that have been in they system for decades are leaving. If you are single, no kids and no partner become a teacher. Your life will be consumed by your job. These politicians who dont get it are dumb as dog sh.....t...
