Every teacher I know has the same lesson plan every year, works nowhere near 48 weeks a year and then does all their lesson plans on student free days. But their unions are so strong that the government gets kneecapped every time they complain.
Then they cry that they are overworked and underpaid. Utter BS - should try working in corporate world
