That is a very good question given that in December we were told:-

"OTC ADR Listing

The Company’s ADR’s are currently suspended from trading on the OTC market in the US. It is the current intention of the Company to seek a delisting from that market so as to reduce compliance costs to the Company"

However, given it can take up to 12 months for the ADR's to extinguish and the stock is trading on the pink register I suspect, although I am no expert on the OTC market, that these may be holders trading in a suspended stock which you can do if you find a broker who is prepared to list them. Although, one has to wonder, given that the underlying MST stock is worthless, why you would be buying the ADR's.
