Possible contributors to the decreasing price are that WGB is coming up to trading ex-dividend soon (so people buying options won't have time to exercise them before the ex-dividend date), and there are probably lots of ex-TGG shareholders who are looking to sell the WGB shares and WGBO options that they have received as consideration for their TGG shares.
