Yep agreed Frank. But Ansteel won't be able to vote on the issue and although the Insto's would just about always vote Yes anyway, perhaps there may could be enough larger holders and an errant Insto or two who would say No if the shares were trading at say 35c or 40c or higher.
Highly unlikely that it wouldn't get a Yes vote anyway, but the best way to ensure a Yes vote is to keep the price down if at all possible. Of course as already pointed out by others, the other issue is the final commissioning of the Magnetite processing facilty. Once confirmed we should get further movement
