Law360, Wilmington (June 21, 2017, 9:07 PM EDT) -- An informal court dispute over a competitor’s disclosure demands in the Chapter 11 sale of wearable drug injection device-maker Unilife Corp. escalated Wednesday, with a Delaware judge ordering formal submissions from all sides.
Judge Laurie Selber Silverstein said she was not prepared to rely on letters to the court and a brief argument to rule on Unilife Corp.’s challenge to competitor and prospective bidder Insulet Corp.’s demands for additional, sale-related disclosures about Unilife’s business, intellectual property and contract information.
