    I put the value of UML at $66million or 13 cents a share.

    $44 million cash
    $6 million gold inventory (4,000 ounces at AUD 1,500)
    $8 million environmental bonds (6 mill Vic plus 2 mill Tas)
    $8 million goldstone shares (based on 107 million shares at 5.72 pence or around 8 AUD cents)
