I don't understand why they would do this when they have only three dc's
I will reserve judgement until the full prospectus is released, but in my eyes this doesn't bode well. This is similar aggressive growth to pipe networks, but there is also dilution and now if they lose control over the main assets the benefits of scale disappear as well
Im surprised the market interpreted this positively. I thought they would wait 5 years and only then sell the under performing dc's into a trust.
