At 10.5c I believe that there is anticipation of future sanitiser orders in this price.
It would not be logical to assume the sp going from 6c to 10c due to a $2m order is sustainable.
As the news of the $2m order was announced there was naturally a spike.

If the orders continue to roll in then the sp will continue to move up accordingly.
On the flip side, the sp will continue to drift until more announcements are forthcoming.
