CR was always going to happen. My suspicion is that the extra time is required as the placement didn't get signed off in time. A day or two extra now required. My gut tells me that they wouldn't take the risk of a retail raise in this market.
Given the discipline with which the last couple of anns were handled, I do have confidence they've got it under control.
That, plus the apparent quality of the app suggests that the CR will be a positive overall.
