    Very true but then knowing it is in the ground gives us one up on a lot of the other HOPEFULS. With our neighbours you'd have to think take-over could be a real possibility. Makes WME a far far more inviting prospect than a lot of the other stocks around. Seems people can't comprehend that sort of information... embarrassing really.
