Why are we building a new production facility?, page-2

I suspect many of us hav a similar hardship of wondering why there is a need for an expansion of manufacturing facilities.

On the optimistic side, perhaps VMT is about to seriously expand into SE Asia and wants to have the manufacturing capacity to cater for the predicted demand which may grow very quickly. Maybe setting up facilities in order not to delay them by waiting to build up capacity.

However, there has been little indication of this situation happening in the short term.

Given that current production, and stalled sales figures, extra manufacturing capacity seems irrelevant and counter intuitive. However, I am not privy to any expansion plans either. Does seem very strange though.

14.5 cents seems like a great investment opportunity though - IF sales trends can be reversed rapidly.
