    The weak data from USA on Thursday and Friday make a rate hike extremely improbable. In fact with such weak numbers across the board there is less chance now than at previous FOMC meetings, and if they didn't hike before when the economy appeared stronger they certainly won't do it now when the economy looks like it's buckling.
