AlbertM, you posit the idea that instos spending/selling in the Au market may throw a little grief Au miners way. I don't think so. They are undisputed experts in their field, most often the miner follows the commodity, so they tumble accordingly, ie. correlation. I think the oxen stick to their knitting while others play off the direction they create.

As for a port, I've never found a decent Aussie drop... and I've looked. A nice LBV or Vintage is my sippin' goal, giving me a reason to buy a smelly cheese or two.
