Dear warnie, going to gold coast in march. went up the currumbin river/valley. Thought it was one of the nicest places I have seen. ex dairy farms, green, well treed, hilly, ideal place to invest in longer term. saw quite a few larger houses along the road.
thought about buying and subdividing into 2-5 acre blocks. Might do some research. But currumbin, from what I remember seemed a litle down and out with a lot of retirees with minimum money, reminded me of the Entrenance. what is the growth factor in this area that you see.
