Its actually Currumbin Waters....a little inland and not too far from the proposed rail link they are currently running to Robina (work/shopping hub) which will open up another transport route for the area along with the current new highway.
Currumbin itself yes a little full of retirees, whereas the Waters side is quite family driven and althought not plush by any stretch will hold its value well and increase over time with the new infusctucture/rail due to complete 2010/2011.
