Hi Dogma.

When I say bought a property it is with my own funding yes.

The company (Short Term Money lending) is used primarily to lend short term money to those that require it and is NOT used to acquire property. The investors recieve a nice return... about 15% last year.

Anyway..


My life revolves around family, property investment, interior design, running a well established funding firm, sport, spec share trading, and beer.

I have just over a dozen properties if u must know.

The equity allows me the luxury to buy frequently and quickly if need be due to the portfolio size built over time.

If you did read my post on the last purchase it was a cabin that cost me around 15k.......hardly a penthouse however a good money spinner.

Im not here to lie I just here to share info and experience while im working away at my desk.....gives me an escape from the daily grind of clients and the phone calling.

My passion is property.
The MRS is interior designer so it works well for us.
