I was very luck.
I had a couple of loans which I fixed in about June last year @ around 9%. Interest rates were apparently still on the rise.
Broke out after the first 0.25% drop. I quickly saw the environment we were heading into and got out. Cost about 2 grand over about 500k of lending on those two properties, but would now cost me 10's of thousands.
I have now easily re-couped my break costs.
