    I know what you are saying, but have alook at a 3 year fixed and have a look at a 10 year fixed loan.
    Westpac 3 year -5.69
    Westpac 10 year - 6.99

    1.3% difference

    I just dont think banks are going to offer a 10 year at 4%.
