Hadrian, You are a star !!!!! Everything is forgotten once they leave the stage. I dont think they were giving total BS as the reports were getting better and better. Less non cash items to write off, growing sales, growing profits, fixed the stock issues created by dodgey figures just before new management took over, more products coming on line (although this seems to have stalled).

You have confronted them with the recent reality. Elite lefties like to & expect to just walk away from anything they say, when they decide they want to change their personal situation. They always justify their actions by telling a story - even it the story reeks of BS.

I haven't looked into any details of the "proposed sale", but feel helpless. It would be great for the offer to get rejected, the board should then disappear except for Members who come out and spill on the deadbeats. Otherwise they are all deadbeats and need replacing.

THERE HAS TO BE SOME STORY - DONT BE SURPRISED IF BOARD MEMBERS / DIRECTORS AND MD have been bought off.... They are greasy as hell..... Where are the people pushing the business. Selling it to investors. Explaining how disintermediation works - I STILL DONT KNOW THE REAL DETAILS. Nobody explains how the company is benefited or disadvantaged from the health system, governments change in rules to make insurance policies cover Womens Health.... Just nothing. They should be explaining everything and then explaining how the rules benefit or don't benefit potential sales. SO FRUSTRATING.
