REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT Dear Clare Credit Corp Group Limited (‘Credit Corp’ or the “Company”) requests a halt in trading of Credit Corp’s securities listed on ASX from 21 June 2018 pending the release of a response to an anonymous report published overnight. Credit Corp expects that the trading halt will be lifted on or before market open on 25 June 2018 by the provision of the aforementioned response. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Credit Corp provides the following information: (a) Credit Corp is requesting the trading halt as it expects to make an announcement to the ASX responding to the anonymous report. (b) Credit Corp requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of: i. The commencement of normal trading on the second trading day after the trading halt commenced; and ii. Credit Corp releasing the response to the anonymous report to the ASX. (c) Credit Corp is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted. (d) Credit Corp is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
