LJ district has nickel, lithium and PGE's all near by.
BS has numerous smaller nickel miners all near by.
If you believe more nickel, lithium and PGE's are needed in the next 10 years, then POS has 2 concentrator basically ready to go. That's at least worth $400m in a TO.
Now more importantly, if you truly believe that the SP of POS is going to go down at any point in time, why do you hold? A sell and a buy back cheaper still let's you hang with the POPE.
