Your fourth question is a little hard to understand.

Relapses seem to occur during the first eight weeks post treatment or post treatment end actually. This is for the standard compounds that have been used ala Int/Rib, Sovaldi etc. IF TT-034 were to get a full viral response AND then twelve weeks past, it would have to be considered SVR12, which is the current standard for a cure. TT-034 also works further out than that, probably the life of the cell and should provide more protection. It is anticipated that the virus would not return after liver cells eventually die.they should provide virus free daughter cells.
