Amortization of the cost of a storage facility - should be a capital cost and not a COP, but one really does not know as there is no accounting standard used by LYC in their COP numbers!
Processing of wastes - interesting call, and may be material. However disposing of waste was always a cost to be considered?
If this has increased COP by such a large amount then I would have expected LYC to declare as the reason for the COP increase.
IMO - the COP at $6 was never a true number, unless reagent costs have gone up by best part of 100% in 1 year
