NC wont let people to be overly optimistic, feeling all of "on the budget, on the time", however, then the reports were always disappointed, as the behavior and style was " the first as good wish, then frustration".
EN seems to have some "mysterious", Silence is golden,
let the market has in a uncertainty feeling, perhaps this is his behavior and style which on the contrary with NC? until the report came out, People have a fresh feeling, and even surprise?
